The classrooms were built at total costs of VND300 billion, funded by Manulife Vietnam to serve for community activities, training skills and studying of 140 orphans at the shelter.
As far as known, Manulife Vietnam regularly visited, presented gifts, opened English speaking club and provided free film shows for elderly people and children at Thien Binh Shelter.
