(ĐN)- On February 12, a ceremony to commemorate the 40th death anniversary of military commander and poet Huynh Van Nghe was held in Binh Duong province’s Tan Uyen district.
The event was attended by Secretary Tran Van Nam of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, Chairman Tran Thanh Liem of People’s Committee, Political Commissar Pham Van Dy of the Military Zone 7 High Command, Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
On this occasion, his family awarded 65 scholarships worth VND1 million each to students, including 25 students from Huynh Van Nghe schools in Trang Bom and Vinh Cuu districts in Dong Nai.
