(ĐN)- As many as 500 businesses in Dong Nai have revealed bonus plans for workers on the occasion of traditional Lunar New Year 2017, according to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
The highest Tet bonus for workers in the province was over VND736 million at a FDI company compared to the highest bonus of VND400 million in 2016.
The average Tet bonus at partly state-funded enterprises was over VND7.6 million. The highest bonus was VND68 million and the lowest, VND1 million.
The highest and lowest bonuses at State-owned enterprises was VND70 million and VND4 million.
At FDI enterprises, the average Tet bonus was VND5.8 million. The highest Tet bonus for workers at foreign direct investment companies was more than VND736 million and the lowest VND500,000.
Private enterprises also gave their employees bonuses of VND400,000 to VND45 million on the New Year holiday, and average rate of VND4.5 million.
