Exemplary collectives and individuals in Dong Nai honoured

Thirty two outstanding collectives and 147 individuals from Dong Nai province were honoured for their dedicated service to the province's patriotic emulation movement at a ceremony on December 16.

 

Thirty two outstanding collectives and 147 individuals from Dong Nai province were honoured for their dedicated service to the province’s patriotic emulation movement at a ceremony on December 16.

The event saw the presence of Vice President Dang ThiNgoc Thinh who is also Vice Chairperson of the Central Council for Emulation and Reward.

On the occasion of the ceremony, four individuals were presented with Independence Orders, second and third class, and two collectives and four individuals received Labour Orders, first class.

Speaking at the ceremony, VP Thinh emphasised that the patriotic emulation movement has seen strong growth, turning out to be a valuable tradition and profoundly enriching the patriotism of the Vietnamese nation.

She highly appreciated and praised the results of Dong Nai’s emulation movements as well as the achievements made by the provincial authorities and people in recent years

The VP also asked the provincial Party Committee, authorities, agencies and organisations to thoroughly grasp President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and the Politburo’s directives on emulation and rewards work in order to attract more positive participation by Party members, officers, public servants, workers and soldiers into the movements.
