According to the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Dong Nai has so far issued nearly 673,000 certificates of land use rights, equivalent to nearly 1.26 million land lots with total area of approximately 552,000 hectares, accounting of 99 percent of the total land areas certified for granting the certificates.
Moreover, the province has reissued 143,000 certificates of land use rights to individuals in the province.
Dong Nai is currently one of top localities in the country which reported high rate of issuance of land use rights certificates for organizations, households and individuals.
