(ĐN)- On December 22, the provincial Legal Assistance Center organized a congress to review its activities in 2016.
This year, the center offered legal advices to 1,346 cases and launched legal aid programs for thousands of poor people, policy beneficiaries, children and ethnic minority.
The programs helped the needy to improve their legal understanding so that they can improve their response to problems.
