(ĐN)- The 11th Luong Dinh Cua Award ceremony was held in Hanoi on November 27 to honour 85 outstanding young people in production and business in rural areas.
The annual prize, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, is in recognition of young people’s excellent performance in production, business, , application of modern science technologies, environmental protection and new rural lifestyle building.
Among the awardees, two came from Dong Nai including Truong Dinh Thong in Long Khanh town’s Binh Loc commune and Luong Minh Ly in Nhon Trach district’s Phu Hoi commune.
Addressing the event, First Secretary of the HCMYU Central Committee Le Quoc Phong said hope that the 85 outstanding young people will serve as the pioneering force to encourage more local young people to implement the agricultural goals set by the Party and the State.
