(ĐN)- A solemn memorial ceremony and reburial service for a Vietnamese war martyrs was held on Oct 3 at Thong Nhat district martyrs’ cemetory.
The remains, found at Lo 25 commune in Thong Nhat district on September 23 by local people, was recovered along with personal effects like hammocks, blanket and others.
Colonel Mai Xuan Chien, Deputy Political Commissar of the provincial Military Headquarters attended the ceremony and offered incense to pay tribute to the martyrs.
A moving oration was delivered in praise of the heroic sacrifice of the martyrs before burial at Thong Nhat district martyrs’ cemetory.
