(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s two young farmers will be honored with the Luong Dinh Cua Award at an award ceremony scheduled to be held in Ha Noi on October 21 and 22.
They are Truong Dinh Thong in Long Khanh town’s Binh loc commune with his initiative “Controlling water pumping system by mobile phones” and Truong Minh Ly with in Nhon Thach district’s Phu Hoi commune with self-contained animal breeding model.
This year’s awards, the 16th of its kind, will be given to 85 exceptional young farmers who have made outstanding contributions to agricultural production and rural development.
The annual prize, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, is in recognition of young people’s excellent performance in production, business, environmental protection and building new rural area.
