(ĐN)- Nguyen Van Ky scholarship awarding ceremony was held at Dong Nai Radio and Television Station on Oct 9. Chairman Huynh Van Toi of Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee attended the event.
At the ceremony, the organizer presented scholarships worth VND1.5-3 million to 108 poor students in the province.
Over the past five years, Nguyen Van Ky Scholarship Fund awarded 1,040 scholarships totaling more than VND2.6 billion for studious poor students.
The scholarships, financed by Nguyen Van Ky’s family and sponsors, aim to encourage the students to gain better results in study.
