Dong Nai is the third province in Vietnam, after Ba Ria-Vung Tau and Bac Ninh, to hold such a program with the purpose of reducing the weight and height malnutrition rates of children.
This is the 3rd year Dong Nai has implemented the school milk program in the 2014-2020 period, and deployed the project at all pre-schools across the province and grade 1 of the primary schools in the 5 districts of Xuan Loc, Cam My, Dinh Quan, Tan Phu and Vinh Cuu. Each school child will drink 180 ml of milk three or four times a week.
