(ĐN)- On Sept 23, Dong Nai Fatherland Front Committee in cooperation with the provincial Elderly People Association and Ong Pagoda in Hiep Hoa commune, Bien Hoa city presented 16 tones of rice to 800 elderly people in Vinh Cuu, Cam My, Thong Nhat and Dinh Quan districts.

At the same day, the organizers visited and handed over VND7 million to Lang Tre pagoda in Xuan Que commune, Cam My where is home to 80 single elderly people.
This is a part of activities to mark Action Month for the Vietnamese Elderly and International Day for Elderly (Oct 1)
