(ĐN) – On September 1, Deputy Political Commissar Nguyen Minh Chien of Division No.309 handed over a charity house to Ngo Hong Quang, a soldier working at Battalion No.18.
The house is built on an area of 80 sq.m with a total cost of VND170 million. Of the total, VND70 million was funded by the Capital Command.
On this occasion, the Division presented two houses to soldiers in Division No.9 in Cu Chi district, HCM city.
