Army unit presents charity house

The Board of Directors of Military Hospital 7A of the Department of Logistics, under Military Zone (MZ) 7, on August 24 held a ceremony to hand over a house of gratitude to the family of war veteran Nguyen Van Vui in Bao Binh commune, Cam My district.

 

The Board of Directors of Military Hospital 7A of the Department of Logistics, under Military Zone (MZ) 7, on August 24 held a ceremony to hand over a house of gratitude to the family of war veteran Nguyen Van Vui in Tan Hoa hamlet, Bao Binh commune, Cam My district, Dong Nai province, on the occasion of  the 71st anniversary of the National Day (Sept. 2).

Built at a cost of VND 50 million, the 50 sq.m. house was constructed with corrugated roofing, brick walls and a concrete foundation. Part of the money, VND 40 million, was donated by Military Hospital 7A, and the rest from Vui’s family and benefactors.

The veteran, a former soldier of Corps 4, did his international service in Cambodia. On behalf of his family, he thanked for this meaningful gift. 

On the same day, Military Hospital 7A presented a TV, cooker and fan to the family. The local authorities, the War Veteran Association of Bao Binh commune and Cam My district, benefactors also gave household necessities such as rice, furniture, bowls, plates and text books to Vui’s family.
