(ĐN)- Around 1,200 disadvantaged and ethnic children across Dong Nai province participated in a summer camp at Vietopia, the education, entertainment and indoor sport city located in HCMC's District 7 on June 22.
The event was co-organised by Dong Nai Department of Labour, War Invalid and Social Affairs and the provincial Youth Union.
Vietopia simulates a city with airport, hospital, fire station, supermarket, television station, newspaper office, theater, construction site, subway station, filling station and space center.
At Vietopia, the children can choose their favorite jobs, get training, work, manage money and have fun.
The annual camping festival aims to offer the chance for underprivileged and ethnic children to enjoy safe and happy summer holidays.
On this occasion, the organizing board presented 1,200 gifts to participants.
