(ĐN)- On June 1, Dong Nai Police Department in cooperation with the provincial Military Headquarters and Fire Fighting and Prevention Police launched “All people protect national security” movement in Long Thanh district's Song Ray, Xuan Dong and Xuan Tay communes.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung of the provincial People’s Committee attended the event.
According to the plan, the organizers will coordinate with localities to upgrade rural traffic roads, visit and present gifts to policy families and revolutionary contributors, provide free medical check-ups and medicines to needy people.
Particularly, they plan to hand over 12 charity houses worth VND40 million each to difficulties households, award 300 gifts valued at VND400,000 each to policy beneficiaries, give 60 bicycles and 60 scholarships to disadvantaged students.
On this occasion, Dong Nai Police's Entrepreneurs Fund for Public Security handed preferential loans to ten people who are released prisoners in the localities.
