(ĐN)- On May 7, a ceremony to start the construction of “Red Scarf” houses for Bui Thi Le Thu in Suoi Cao commune and Thi Loan in Xuan Phu commune, two needy members of the Union of Vietnamese Children, was held by Xuan Loc district’s Youth Union.
Each house is built on an area of 40 sq.m with a cost of VND50 million, funded by Dong Nai Youth Union.
So far, the union donated to build five “Red Scarf” houses for studious poor students across the province.
