At the session, Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, Vice Rector of LHU, accepted the proposal from Chane Huey Por, Vice Rector of KOU, expressing her thanks to Taiwanese Commerce Association in Dong Nai province and Kaohsiung Open University for their trust and good intention on cooperation for mutual development.
