(ĐN)- German Ambassador to Vietnam Carl Georg Christina Berger on April 6 paid a working visit to Lilama 2 Vocational College in Long Thanh district to learn about its high quality training program.

The ambassador visited some training classes at the school and was briefed on the college’s training program under international standards as well as its training cooperation with some international organizations.
Mr Georg Christina Berger said that German Government had pledged to provide support to 1 ore 2 vocational schools in Vietnam to provide international-standardized vocational training, noting that Lilama 2 would spread the training model to other schools with the aim to attract more and more enterprises to participate in vocational training.
At the same time, the college would make its further efforts to raise awareness of students’ parents to help them recognize the importance as well as the future of the vocational training for their children, he added.
