This year, work will also start on an overpass at Dau Giay Intersection in Dong Nai Province where National Highway 1, National Highway 20 and Provincial Road 769 meet to ease traffic congestion and reduce traffic accident risks.
A 15.4-kilometer bypass will be built in Bao Loc City in the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong this year at a cost of VND826.3 billion, Tuoi Tre newspaper reports, citing Project Management Unit No. 7 at the Ministry of Transport.
The bypass will replace the existing section of National Highway 20 running through Bao Loc and is scheduled for completion next year.
