(ĐN)- So far, 378 individuals and an enterprise have accessed the Government’s VND30 trillion package designed to timulate demand and supply of social housing, reported Dong Nai branch of State Bank of Vietnam
Accordingly, more than VND223 billion of the package had been disbursed to borrowers who are in need of housing that met criteria on price.
Recently, IDICO Urban and Industrial Zone Development Company signed an agreement to borrow over VND430 billion from Dong Nai branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to build social housing project for workers at Nhon Trach industrial park. Of the total, over VND110 billion has been disbursed.
