Accordingly, VND110 billion will be refunded to Hoa An Bridge project which is invested under BT (Build-Transfer); some VND371 billion will be spent for road and waterway projects and over VND11 billion will be allocated for projects carried out by Type-1 Driving Training and Examination Center.
As far as known, the province spent nearly VND1,400 billion to build, upgrade 580 km of traffic road and repair over 1,760km of road.
