(ĐN)- Nearly 20,000 pre-school kids, 1st and 2nd graders in Xuan Loc district are benefiting from the "school milk program" with the purpose of building a young generation strong in body and mind in 2016.
The total investment of the program this year is more than VND15 billion, of which over VND7.5 billion comes from the state budget, more than VND5.3 billion from the children’s parents and the remaining is funded by Vietnam Milk Company (Vinamilk).
The program supplies free milk to the children. Each child will drink four 180-ml cartons of milk four times a week.
