Of the total, VND40 billion will come from the central budget, some VND201 billion from the provincial budget and the remaining from the localities.
In the 2017-2020, Dong Nai will need around VND3,387 billion to upgrade irrigation systems.
The large projects that will be prioritised for completion are the construction of Gia Mang lake in Xuan Loc district, Loc An lake in Long Thanh district, San Mau stream dredging project in Bien Hoa city, Cau Dau lake in Long Khanh town.
