(ĐN)- As many as 1,659 applicants have been selected to take part in Dong Nai province’s postgraduate training program, which belongs to the province’s human resources training project in 2011-2015 period, the provincial Department of Science and Technology reported.
So far, there have been 850 learners who have completed their postgraduate programs and improved their professional skills.
In the 2016-2020 period, the program will focus in training MAs and doctors with the focus in the increase of professional skills to become the province’s leading experts in spearhead fields including biotechnology, IT, post and communication, public health, and new materials to meet the demand of human resource development.
It will also focus in boosting joint training programs with foreign prestigious universities to increase the quality for the local human resources.
