(ĐN)- With the Lunar New Year fast approaching, a string of programmes have been organised across the province in support of underprivileged people.
In the morning of January 29, Cuong Thuan IDICO presented 162 gifts for households with difficult circumstances in Trang Bom district’s Trung Hoa commune on the occasion of the Lunar New Year. Chairman of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee Huynh Van Toi attended the event.
Earlier, the company gave more than 1,000 Tet gifts worth VND300,000 each to poor families inside and outside the province.
At the same day, Chairman Huynh Van Toi offered 500 Tet gifts to difficult families in Dinh Quan and Cam My districts.
