At the event, Taekwang Vina’s trade union handed over VND45 million each to 5 workers with difficult circumstances, and presented 300 Tet gifts worth each VND500,000 to poor workers.
According to Chairman Dinh Sy Phuc of Taekwang Vina’s trade union, the company will spend more than VND240 billion to pay Tet bonuses for its some 30,000 workers, and each worker will receive Tet bonus equivalent to their 1.5 monthly salary and a gift worth VND300,000.
Moreover, Taekwang Vina also offer 50% of bus ticket value to workers who return to their hometowns to celebrate the Lunar New Year (Tet) holidays.
