(ĐN)- The bonuses planned by foreign invested enterprises in Dong Nai for their senior workers during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday (Tet) will range from VND10-20 million, according to the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
Dong Nai-based businesses reported that they have budgeted hundreds of billions of dong for Tet bonuses. Most of them offer bonuses equal to one to two months of pay.
Pouchen VN in Bien Hoa city plans to spend around VND180 billion to pay Tet bonuses for more than 22,000 workers, while Chang Shin VN will spend over VND200 billion on Tet bonuses.
