(ĐN)- Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) has recently made a survey on the housing demand of workers at 124 enterprises in Long Thanh, Nhon Trach and Trang Bom district. Accordingly, about 11,547 apartments are needed.
The DIZA suggested the localities to allocate their suitable lands for the enterprises’ housing projects for workers.
Currently, 14 housing projects for workers are under construction in Nhon Trach and Trang Bom districts with a total area of 688 hectares.
