(ĐN)- Over the past six years, Thong Nhat district has spent more than VND11.4 trillion building new new-style rural areas in the locality, according to the district People’s Committee.
Of the sum, some VND4.1 trillion was sourced from state budget and over 7.296 trillion VND mobilised from society.
In the last time, the district focused on mobilizing local people’s resources as well as effectively promoted its potential and advantages to build new rural areas.
Since the new rural construction campaign began six years ago, Thong Nhat received the enthusiastic support from local people. Particularly, tens of thousands of square meters of land has been donated to upgrade the local infrastructure.
