(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs has recently held a meeting to review the five years (2010-2015) of the implementation of children care and protection program.
According to Director Huynh Van Tinh of the department, the province is now home to some 11,000 children with especially difficult circumstances, including more than 3,700 disabled kids.
Over the past five years, the province has paid attention to childcare and children protection and effectively implemented action programs on children to help them have better quality of life.
On this occasion, 68 collectives and 61 individuals received certificates of merit of the provincial People’s Committee for their contributions to children care and protection activities.
