Efforts to boost administrative reforms

(ĐN)- Dong Nai Department of Justice (DoJ) on Monday held a conference to review its activities in 2015 and work out for plans in 2016 and orientations for 2015-2020 period.

Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh of the provincial People’s Committee stressed that with its role as “door-keeping” agency and advisor for the provincial People’s Committee in issuing legal documents, DoJ should continue boosting administrative reforms, apply information technology system as well as create favorable condition and better serve local people, organizations and businesses.

In 2015, DoJ completed and applied software on civil status, coordinated with National Criminal Record Center to implement software system on information exchange, helping reduce the time of issuing criminal records. The department was one of four departments in Dong Nai the “one door, modern interconnected door mechanism” to pilot the one-stop-shop mechanism in administration procedures, creating favorable condition for local people and businesses.
