(ĐN) – As of January 12, more than 500 enterprises, including 353 FDI businesses, in Dong Nai had submitted their plans for 2016 Tet bonuses, according to the province’s Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
Accordingly, the highest Tet bonus will be VND400 million at foreign invested enterprises compared to the highest bonus of VND210 million in 2015; the floor level is set at VND7.7 million.
Meanwhile, the highest and average rates at local State-run businesses hit VND108 million and VND8.7 million per capita respectively.
With regard to private enterprises, the maximum bonus will be VND30 million, and average rate of VND4.7 million per capita.
At one-member companies, the highest bonus was VND55 million. The average was VND11 million and the lowest VND2 million
