Moreover, Vinh Cuu district Father Front Committee has raised VND377 million to Breeding Cow Bank Fund to hand over 25 breeding cows worth each VND15 million to 25 families with difficult circumstances in Tan An, Thien Tan, Phu Ly and Hieu Liem communes, helping them improve income.
