(ĐN)- In the morning of November 2, more than 200 soldiers from Regiment No.31, Division No.309 gathered to start their public relations tasks in Song Ray commune, Cam My district.
The soldiers helped local residents to upgrade roads and clean up the environment, dredged over two kilometers of canals. On this occasion, the delegation provided free medical check-ups and medincines and presented gifts to 100 policy families and poor households in the commune.
