Accordingly, Dong Nai targets to collect and treat 100 percent of medial waste, waste from rural residential areas and non-toxic industrial solid waste up to 2020.
Over the past five years, the province spent more than VND5.7 trillion, including VND2.75 trillion from state budget and VND2.97 trillion form local enterprises, to build waste treatment areas, concentrated wastewater treatment systems and deal with environmental pollution at polluting facilities.
