Accordingly, local Party and authorities always pay much attention to bettering the living conditions of war invalids, martyrs’ families, Vietnamese heroic mothers and all revolutionary contributors.

Until now, more than 53,300 revolutionary contributors and their families have benefited from preferential policies.

Particularly, the province built and upgraded 1,439 houses for revolutionary contributors, provided monthly allowance, medical care and educational supports to their families.

Over the past time, Dong Nai’s leaders have paid much attention to boosting the search for and collection of fallen soldiers’ remains.

In recent years, Dong Nai has discovered a number of mass graves in Long Khanh town, Bien Hoa city, Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts.  In 2014, the province found and gathered nearly 140 sets of collectively buried remains, more than 100 of which were reburied in Nhon Trach district with another 36 reburied in Long Khanh town.
