(ĐN)- October has been designated as the Action Month for the Vietnamese Elderly under Decision No.544/QĐ-TTg signed by Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
On this occasion, Dong Nai provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Association of Elderly People cooperated with organizations and individuals to take care of local elderly people. Accordingly, the committee and the association gave 12 tones of rice and 30 boxes of instant noodle to poor elderly people in Tan Phu, Dinh Quan and Vinh Cuu districts.
