(ĐN)- On September 9, Son An Urban Development and Investment J.S Company signed an agreement to borrow VND150 billion from Song Be branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) to build social housing project at Tam Hoa ward in Bien Hoa city.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Deputy Secretary of Dong Nai provincial Party Committee Phan Thi My Thanh and Vice Chairman of People’s Committee Tran Minh Phuc.
The project will include two 22-storey buildings with more than 400 apartments. It is scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.
The apartments, with an area of 60-70 sq.m each, are expected to have the sale price at VND10.5 million per sq.m. The buyers are able to access preferential loans with an interest rate of 6% per year from VND30 trillion package.
