At the ceremony, the school managing board granted MA, university-level and college-level degrees to 552 students of military majors. Of them, 93 university-level graduates were brevetted as lieutenants while all of them were admitted to the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Major-General Tu Ngoc Luong, Headmaster of the University, highly valued the efforts made by the university’s staff, lecturers and students to overcome difficulties, reform the curriculum and methods to increase training quality as well as to fulfill the set goals for the training courses.
