(ĐN)- As many as 1,604 applicants have been selected to take part in Dong Nai province’s postgraduate training program, which belongs to the province’s human resources training project in 2011-2015 period, 1.2 applicants higher than those in 2006-2010 period.
Of the learners, 13 outstanding ones were selected for overseas training, representing 130% of the set target.
So far, there have been 696 learners who have completed their postgraduate programs and improved their professional skills, and 235 of them have achieved excellent results and received certificates of merit from the provincial People’s Committee.
The program will focus in training MAs and doctors with the focus in the increase of professional skills to become the province’s leading experts in spearhead fields including biotechnology, IT, post and communication, public health, and new materials to meet the demand of human resource development.
It will also focus in boosting joint training programs with foreign prestigious universities to increase the quality for the local human resources.
