(ĐN)- Dong Nai War Veterans’ Association has recently organized a meeting to review its activities in the first half.
In the first six months of the year, the Association admitted 484 new members, bringing its total members to over more than 31,000, including over 10,000 party members.
In this period, the veterans have tried their best to help each other to develop production. Accordingly, rich members provided preferential loans totaling some VND3 billion to difficult members, built and upgraded 12 houses worth VND370 million.
In the coming time, the association will step up emulation movements in combination with the ongoing campaign “Study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s moral example”.
