(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s three young farmers will be honored with the Luong Dinh Cua Award at a presentation ceremony held in Ha Noi on June 20.
They are Nguyen Minh Thang in Thong Nhat district’s Gia Kiem commune, Cao Vinh Phat in Nhon Thach district’s Phu Hoi commune and Truong Dinh Khanh in Long Khanh town’s Hang Gon commune. These young farmers have developed excellent agricultural models that earn an average of VND250 million to VND1 billion per year and have created ten regular jobs.
This year’s awards are given to 150 exceptional young farmers who have made outstanding contributions to agricultural production and rural development.
The annual prize, organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, is in recognition of young people’s excellent performance in production, business, environmental protection and building new rural area.
