(ĐN)- A paper packaging workshop was completely destroyed after a fire occurred at Viet Long Co. Ltd in Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park in Nhon Trach district on June 26.
According to some workers, the fire broke out at about 8:30 p.m at the workshop and then expanded to the whole site. At the same time, around 100 workers were being at work.
Many fire engines and firefighters quickly arrived at the scene. But it took over 6 hours to subdue the fire.
The fire destroyed some 30,000 sq.m of the workshop. No human fatality was reported and the authorities are investigating the scene to define the cause.
