Accordingly, people can check their results of dossiers for changing new driving licenses via mobile phones. The Vietnam General Directorate of Roads requested the Center for Information Technology Solutions and the Viettel Telecommunications to build solutions in details to sooner pilot the project.
Deputy Director of the Vietnam General Directorate of Roads Nguyen Van Quyen said, this May, the Center for Information Technology Solutions and the Viettel Telecommunications will report the solutions to general directorate for consideration in order to sooner put the system into use.
