Employers provided with financial assistance to maintain employment for workers

(ĐN)- Employers shall be provided with financial assistance with the maximum volume of VND1million/person/month to cover expenses of training, improving working skills in order to maintain employment for workers from May 1.

(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), employers shall be provided with financial assistance with the maximum volume of VND1million/person/month to cover expenses of training, improving working skills in order to maintain employment for workers from May 1.

The move aims to encourage employers to re-use laborers, reduce unemployed workers as well as avoid the risk that the social insurance fund will break down.

Whenever laborers who join unemployment insurance are terminated their labor contracts, they will be provided job consultancy, introduction free of charge by employment service centers and will receive support to improve occupational skills if they meet necessary requirements.
