Some of the actions include upgrading 2.7 km of road, presenting gifts and providing free medical check-ups and medicines to 200 policy beneficiaries, giving 10 bicycles and 20 scholarships to studious poor students, building a charity house, offering preferential loans to released prisoners, mobilizing people to implement the Party's guidelines and State's policies as well as participate in “All people protect national security” movement.
Total cost of the program estimated at around VND500 million.
