(ĐN)- On April 15, Dong Nai held a launching ceremony to respond to the Food Safety and Hygiene Action Month 2015.
The month begins on April 15 and last through May 15, with the aim of strengthening the roles and responsibilities of managers, enterprises and consumers in food safety.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Thanh Tri of the provincial People’s Committee called for strengthening communication activities to improve food hygiene awareness among food manufacturers, processors and people. He also urged agencies and local authorities to intensify measures against unsafe food.
