Accordingly, the province will strive to raise the ‘Cultural Family’ rate to 98 percent, ‘Cultural Village’ rate to 90 percent and the ‘Cultural Enterprises’ rate to 100 percent this year.

To achieve the above goals, the steering boards at all levels need to continue efforts to improve the quality of the environment, education, health care and social order while further spreading the drives calling on local people to build new rural areas and all people unite to develop cultural life in residential areas.

Vice Chairman stressed that the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build cultural lifestyle" should associate with new rural area construction and the campaign to study and follow the late President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example.

In 2014, 98.24 percent of local households have met the criteria to be recognized as a “cultural family”; 94,24 percent  have received the ‘Cultural Village’ title. Many localities have made efforts to stamp out prostitution and drug addiction.

At the meeting, 122 collectives and 81 individuals were awarded certificates of merit of the provincial People’s Committee for their contributions to the movement
