(ĐN)- On March 18, Dong Nai Department of Education and Training cooperated with the High Command of Naval Zone 2 to publicize the current situation of Vietnam’s sea and islands to more than 600 students from Thong Nhat A and Ngo Sy Lien high schools
The event aims to help students to thoroughly understand issues relating to the East Sea, especially to Vietnam’s sacred sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos, make clear the view of the Party and State on East Sea situation and point out their duties of with nation’s building and protection. This will encourage a deep sense of love for the country’s sea and islands, as well as the national territorial integrity.
In the coming time, the department will continue to publicize information on sea and islands aiming to raise students awareness of the country’s sovereignty.
